Allatus takes pride in introducing a web-based tool (SCIMS) to cater to school and college information management. SCIMS takes care of all the aspects involved in the day to day functioning of institutions and students.
Today, parents find it extremely difficult to monitor their children’s activities due to their busy schedules and lack of time. SCIMS was developed solely to cater to this issue in a very comprehensive and simple manner by keeping in mind today’s ‘e-world’. Being a web-based tool, SCIMS is very easily accessible to parents – be it in office, home or during tours.
Parents would be given a unique user identity and password by the use of which they may login into SCIMS and monitor their wards’ details. After logging in, parents can –
 Monitor attendance (daily basis).
Look at the marks card.
Contact teachers, principal or other concerned authority directly.
Have access to a notification system by which parents would come to know - whether their ward is absent to attend the school on any day, whether the bus has started late or any other information that may be required. The notification to parents is done through sms/email on a daily basis.
Have ready access to the school notice board
Know about fee details
Apply leave on behalf of their ward in case which would directly be sent to the respective teacher during the time of attendance.
Know about their child’s class time table.
Compare their wards performance with the rest of class
